How long does shipping take?

You have various options at checkout. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. USPS shipping typically takes 4-7 business days to arrive.

Do you ship Internationally?

Not yet! We ship to all 50 states in the US.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order has been shipped. 

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost packages however; we want to ensure you receive the products you ordered. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at support@prettyinprink.com to submit a claim.

Shipping Address Problems

We are not liable for lost, held, damaged packages, or delivery errors because of incorrect shipping addresses. We ship to the address input at checkout.
